We would like to do HA mechanism such as if NETCONF client will be disconnected, other client will be connected instead. We will use VIP (virtual IP address) so both clients will have the same IP.
The question is whether NETCONF session always sample the TCP session or not?
Or in other words, if TCP session can be down & up without disconnecting the NETCONF session.
