API to check if a notification stream is registered or not

Is there any API available to check if a notification stream is registered or not?
Example: Suppose the stream name is ‘NETCONF’, I want to check if this stream is registered or not using an API.

What do you mean by “registered”? There is a list of existing streams in ietf-subscribed-notifications under /streams/stream, does that work for you?
