Is it possible to setup a subscription on a call home

I wonder if it is possible to setup a subscription using Call Home? Also is there an RFC defining it?

The NETCONF/RESTCONF call-home RFC basically states that once the SSH/TLS connection has been established, the client starts sending its requests. There is nothing that prohibits the client from sending particularly create-subscription requests.
