Does all the CDB changes in single commit is part of the same netconf-config-change notification message ?
For example i am trying to change 4 to 5 different YANG RW entities in a single commit, will all the change-notification be part of a single netconf-config-change message?
One commit results in one transaction which results in one netconf-config-change.

Does the number of lines matter ? Like if there are 4k lines for notifications as part of a single commit, will it still be enclosed in a single message. Or is there any buffer limit size for notifications.
