ConfD Basic had the following differences from ConfD Premium:
NETCONF northbound interface only
– Can be used for development or production
No SNMP, Web/JSON, or REST northbound interfaces
Limited CLI
– Cisco XR style only
– Limited to 1 active session
– CLI may only be used during development
– CLI may not be deployed in a production system
C and Erlang APIs only
– ConfD Premium also has Java and Python APIs
ConfD Basic users are supported by the ConfD User Community Forum.
