Conditional display for Restconf

Hi,

In the Confd user guide it is mentioned that a leaf can hidden using tailf:display-when for example “discriminated union”

I see display-when hides from only CLI, but not from RESTCONF.

Is there a way to hide from RESTCONF also?

Could you please suggest an alternative to hide displaying from RESTCONF when a condition is met.

Restconf option for context in cmdrule

Hi, Not with a cmdrule, but with a normal data rule. <rule> ... <context xmlns="http://tail-f.com/yang/acm">rest</context> ... </rule> No “display-when” statement specifically for RESTCONF. Unlike the CLI and WebUI/JSON-RPC interfaces, RESTCONF, and NETCONF, are machine to machine interfaces, so “hiding” data is generally not something you want to do with them.
