I would like to integrate confd basic to quagga. Apparently, the quagga examples are not available in confd basic. Has anyone tried that? I know that confd premium does it, but I can’t figure out how to purchase it. I contacted the tailf team, but to no avail.

The integration of ConfD with the Quagga open-source routing suite comes as an example with ConfD Premium.
The integration manages the Quagga core modules (access lists, key chains, logging, route maps) and the RIP and OSPF routing modules. Other routing modules could be added using the same technique.
