If so, is there an expected fix?

Not applicable to ConfD. The CVE-2023-38408 vulnerability applies to an OpenSSH ssh-agent (client). No SSH client is shipped with or used by ConfD, and the ConfD built-in SSH server does not use OpenSSH.
