I want to hard code some value to particular variable,just i want to know whether it is possible by using CLI spec
file.

Not sure what you mean, an example would be helpful.

Didn’t get your question. So taking a guess.

You can provide default value to a field(leaf), so that field will be always present, when the user configures the parent.
