Is there any way to get "cli-no-match-completion" functionality to work globally i.e. in nodes other than leaf?

In ConfD user guide, it is mentioned that cli-no-match-completion specifies the CLI engine to not provide match completion for the key leafs in the list.

Is there any way to disable match completion for containers and other nodes ?
