Is there a user forum for Java Netconf client? The API documentation for JNC only goes so far. It would be great if JNC users can have a forum to discuss their issues.
There really is only the “Issues” area in GitHub for asking questions or reporting problems. It looks like you have already opened an issue there. Some of the Tail-f engineers answer questions there, but it is only best-effort right now.

JNC (Java NETCONF Client) is not a Tail-f product and supported as such. It is an open source project supported by the project community at its home on GitHub.
