Hi All!
We are creating a default profile using maapi_write from the code. When we do see we see some backward compatibility issue when using the config. This not only has impact with config cdb files but O.cdb which we retain across config load also has issues. We would like to know how can we handle such issues ?.

Hence the issue here is some default configs from our internal code added into cdb in newer releases. Hence if config saved in newer release this default config gets saved and when we switch to older release this causes issue. So basically how can we say this default should be used only in future releases and not with older releases when we do maapi write ?.
