Register Error Callback

In the documentation it is mentioned that it exists a file named errcode.xml.
More over we can register an error callback for customizing the messages.
How is this done with Java. I cannot find anything related to it at the Java API.

Can you please point me the reference or just give us a small example of using it ?

Can we have a simple response to this topic please ? We are tryign to customize the Error responses but due to Java API we cannot manage it.

I was not able to locate corresponding callback in Java API as well.
