Whether need to restart the confD when add new yang module or update the yang module

I just want to confirm, for the confD, if I add new YANG module or update the existed YANG module, whether need to restart the confD server?

For both cases, you need to either restart ConfD, or use the In-service Data Model Upgrade procedure, as described in the User Guide.
